The Florida Podiatric Medical Association’s educational mission is to promote continuing education in podiatric medicine, podiatric surgery, and practice management through workshops and seminars. Our commitment is to increase knowledge by offering every registrant the educational assistance needed to improve care for their patients and be successful in practice by promoting the benefits of scientific advancement in the treatment, prevention, and alleviation of podiatric ailments.
The Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA) is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. FPMA has approved this activity for a maximum of 23.5 Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH), depending on lectures attended. As is the case with all specialty societies and colleges, FPMA is not a credentialing organization and does not conduct licensing or certification processes. The principal purpose of FPMA is to facilitate education in the area of podiatric medicine and surgery. This activity is viewed to reinforce and support licensing and certification processes.
SAM 2025 is exclusively a live event, with no virtual component. We understand the value of face-to-face interactions and the unparalleled benefits that can be achieved through in-person networking. This decision was made in response to overwhelming feedback from past attendees who have praised the efficacy of live meetings in fostering professional growth and collaboration. SAM Podiatric Physician Registration
SAM PODIATRIC PHYSICIAN REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Podiatric Physician registration will be available on-site at SAM.
Podiatric Physician registration will be available on-site at SAM 2025. Please note that on-site registrants will not receive daily lunch tickets (FPMA will have already provided meal numbers to the conference hotel by that time).
Please note that additional Industry Theatre sessions will be added as the conference approaches. Conference attendees are welcome to register for more than one Industry Theatre session. There are no additional fees to attend.
SAM Residents Forum
SAM Resident Case Presentation Competition
As in previous years, FPMA is requesting engaging cases to be presented in a PowerPoint format for the Resident Case Presentation Competition taking place during SAM 2025.
The awards presentation for top presenters will take place in the SAM 2025 Exhibit Hall on Saturday, February 1, 2025, following the Student Quiz Bowl.
